After studying Politics and Philosophy at Sussex University, Oliver started his career in recruitment at the London office of a FTSE 250. After being awarded rookie of the year, Oliver went on to manage a team of 3 in the company's Head office.

Later he progressed to Head up one of the Risk divisions at Astbury Marsden. As well as winning clients such as Ernst and Young and Goldman Sachs, Oliver was interviewed by Panorama and was regularly quoted in trade press.

He joined Renaix in 2009 as an international search specialist recruiting into Audit and Finance. Oliver maintains good client relationships and now recruits for some of the worlds most renowned companies. With a Global reach of candidates he is able to source unique people to help businesses of all sizes.

When not working hard at recruitment, Oliver can usually be found at the Theatre or cooking up something in the kitchen. He ís also a keen sportsman who enjoys basketball and tennis.
