Paul studied Management in London before going on to complete an MBA at Stirling University. He started his professional career with Amoco as a Marketing Analyst and was soon promoted to Regional Sales Manager. 

He was then approached by Total Group for a role as a Strategic Consultant, where he reviewed mergers and acquisitions and other business strategies before moving into Trading and Logistics.

After Total he joined a niche recruitment consultancy where he met Max Williamson and together they founded Renaix in 1997.

Paul brings to his recruitment activities considerable experience and an extensive network of contacts across Europe and the US. In addition to roles in internal audit, tax and financial line management, he has also handled a number of non-finance assignments in purchasing and law.

He lives outside London with his wife and 3 children and enjoys a mixture of sports and social activities.
