Renaix Search and Selection is a specialist service offered by the company to handle those assignments which cannot appropriately be handled through a contingency process.  This may reflect the seniority of the role, the location or the need for confidentiality.

Renaix Search offers the personal attention of a director of the company on an assignment. As Renaix is a privately held company and not affiliated to a larger search organisation, we can ensure as much access to candidates and as few no poach conflicts as possible.

Whilst the majority of search assignments we handle are within finance, clients regularly request our assistance in other areas such as procurement, tax, treasury and general management.

Whilst the terms of each assignment vary, a retainer is paid to begin the search and this is followed by further payments as pre-agreed milestones are reached in the selection process.
