We are recruiting for a business partner in France for our client, a subsidiary of a leading and innovative multinational. As the company continues to grow successfully, it is undergoing a significant re-organisation to help support and enable the ongoing growth curve.
You will be assigned the controlling responsibility for legal entities in the French region. You will support local and regional managers in implementing and executing business operations and strategic targets by providing high-quality financial analysis and advice.
Business Partner Controlling Job Responsibilities:
- Provide financial planning and analytical-based business proposals to support commercial steering and strategic activities; this includes sales analysis and managing key KPIs.
- In addition to functional control knowledge, you must possess or develop knowledge of the business model, products, market, and customer dynamics for the legal entities under your responsibility.
- Support business leaders on a country and regional level in implementing and executing business operations and strategic targets.
- Able to successfully drive continuous improvements to business processes within the country of responsibility.
Requirements:
- Ideally, you will have 5+ years of solid experience within an international company in the controlling or finance function.
- Ideally, you will have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting and professional certifications would be beneficial.
- Several years of proven professional experience in the field of control and product cost control, preferably in an international environment
- Experience in financial analysis, tracking business performance and managing intercompany relationships
- Strong experience using SAP to drive reporting and improvements in the business
- English language skills are essential, but other European languages would also be advantageous.
