On behalf of our client, a healthcare company, we seek a financial planning analyst based in Switzerland. This is a key position for an ambitious finance professional who is motivated to provide insightful financial information to support and assist the business’s growth.
Financial Planning Analyst Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to support business functions.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Perform a detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.
- Generate ad hoc reports and conduct data analysis using ERP systems.
- Utilise advanced Excel skills for business modelling and financial analysis.
- Monitor and analyse key financial performance indicators.
- Support financial planning activities, including budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist management in making informed financial decisions.
Profile:
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, with experience in a similar financial planning role.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
- Previous experience in the medical, hospital, or healthcare sectors, preferably with exposure to start-ups.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and the ability to create ad hoc reports.
- Proficient in advanced Excel skills for business modelling and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Possess an analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and eligible to work in Switzerland.
- Looking to start immediately.
