Our Client is a leading financial services provider based in the Netherlands who are seeking an FP&A Manager.
FP&A Manager Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director, the FP&A Manager will prepare financial forecasts as well as associated financial and commercial analysis in order to understand and drive financial performance. He/she will provide critical support as well as insightful financial analysis for the senior leadership team.
- Detailed cash flow forecast
- Cash flow reporting for actuals and forecast
- Weekly cash flow reporting to Group
- Short term working capital forecasts, with a particular focus on stock
- P&L and balance sheet forecasts
- Data Analyses
- Engage key stakeholders across the business to understand and interpret performance and identify risks and opportunities versus forecast/budget
- Support Senior Managers in IT finance transformation projects
Profile:
- Degree qualified (CPA, MBA, ACCA, ACA or CIMA a plus)
- At least 5 years’ experience within an FP&A role
- Extensive use of Excel and BI tools
- Familiarity with net operating income-related metrics, reporting, and cash flow forecasting
- Experience of working within Real Estate, Property or Asset Management
- Strong executive presence
