We are seeking a Group Tax Manager for our client, a leading global industrial multinational, to be based in the UK. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Group Head of Tax and other Group functions to develop, executive, and supervise the Group’s worldwide tax strategy.
Group Tax Manager Job Responsibilities:
- International Tax Strategy and Planning
- Mergers And Acquisitions
- Transfer pricing
- Group Tax Advisory
- Tax Compliance and Reporting
Profile:
- Experience in a Big 4 or industry tax role
- Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA)
- Chartered Tax Advisor qualification
- Strong international tax knowledge and understanding of the tax agenda of a publicly listed group
- Experience in IFRS tax accounting principles
- Strong analytical skills
- A dynamic team player and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
