Our Client is a leading multinational who are seeking an Interim Head of Finance for UK & Ireland for a period of up to 12 months (flexible location).
Interim Head of Finance Job Responsibilities:
General:
- Review all balance sheets across the entire business on a quarterly basis
- Understand all CapEx requests, review the business case, and submit for approval
- Review and approve all payroll
- OCF management
- Attend weekly reviews meetings
- Drive plans for the business
- Guide accrued revenue plans
Assisting the Financial Controller:
- Meeting European Regional requirements
- Month end close, including reporting
- BPC input
- Following up on trading review actions
- Clearing external and internal audit points
- Assist in becoming compliant with all controls
- Sales
- Review pricing and terms for key bids
- Review monthly sales forecasts
FP&A activities:
- Assist the Finance Director in understanding and tracking the financial planning
- Run the forecast process
- Manage the Business Plan process
- Attend monthly trading reviews
- Work with the MD and BUs to prepare the forecasts and budgets.
Profile:
- ACA, ACCA, CPA or other financial accounting accreditation
- Strong technical knowledge in either UK GAAP or IFRS
- Proven track record of Finance Management within large multinationals
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Independent worker, as well as a team player
- Adhere to deadlines, detail-oriented, and effectively communicate with senior management.
