On behalf of our client, a leading industry services company, we are seeking a Managing Director to be based in the Republic of Ireland. With global sales over €10 billion, you will be responsible for business performance and strategic oversight, managing a large-scale team.
Managing Director Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership, assume P&L responsibility for the overall business
- Strengthen the leadership team. Create a performance culture to further business growth
- Coordinate business development, identify growth opportunities and negotiate key tenders
- Develop relationships with stakeholders and customers to boost performance
- Manage customer service delivery
- Direct financial management, cost controlling and profitability growth
- Ensure adherence to company policies and best practice
Profile:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Managing Director in a commercial environment
- Successful track record in P&L and team management
- Strong leadership and communication skills, responsible for driving large scale teams ideally with an operations background (400+ staff)
- Proven ability to grow the business and building high performance teams
- Recent work experience in Ireland
