On behalf of our client, a leading financial services group (Real Estate), we are looking for an Valuation SPA Analyst, to join their dynamic young team in the UK or Netherlands.
Valuation Analyst Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with valuation instructions by preparing and analysing relevant information for external parties and support with queries from valuers and stakeholders
- Analyse valuation outcomes
- Ad hoc preparation of asset and portfolio material to assist with reporting and valuation processes where applicable
- Work with the Asset Management teams to identify specific asset and portfolio risks and opportunities, and advise on asset business plans based on your findings and external valuations
- Assist with enhancing internal valuation processes and procedures
- Demonstrating strong commercial asset and market knowledge, you will be able to identify market trends, which form a key driver of valuations
Main Requisites:
- Ideally you should have 3/4 years of experience in a relevant area, such as private equity or asset management, and preferably with a focus on real estate
- Bachelor’s Degree in a significant area, such as Finance or Real Estate studies
- Ability to drive valuation processes between internal teams and stakeholders
- Strong numerical and analytical skills and ability to work with complex and big data sets (Excel)
- Commercial mindset and great communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills. You know how to solve problems and have the tenacity to “get things done”
- Fluent English language skills. Additional language skills a plus
- Work permit necessary for the UK or the Netherlands (no Visa available for this role)
