On behalf of our client, a global leading manufacturing multinational, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Regional President in Berlin.

Executive Assistant Job Requirements: 

  • Assist the President in all administrative needed tasks, spanning from answering calls, take messages and route correspondence
  • Develop itineraries and agendas including scheduling flights, arranging other transportation and book accommodations
  • Maintain professional and personal agenda, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Serve as point of contact with vendors
  • Invoice management – suppliers, PO’s and follow up
  • Manage and develop an appropriate filling system


  • Ideally +6 years of experience in the function
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP, ideally having worked in a matrix environment
  • Knowledge of Finance matters is a plus
  • Flexibility, trustworthiness, and high ethical values
  • Native German language skills and fluent English language skills
