On behalf of our client, a leading multinational company, we are looking for a Finance Associate (French native speaker) to join their team in Luxembourg.
Finance Associate (French Native Speaker) Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of all property manager bookings including reconciliation of rental income to rent rolls, & review all service charge costs and income, and the accurate allocation of non-recoverable property costs
- Take care of day-to-day accounting activities
- Assist in preparation of periodic VAT returns
- Respect periodic closing process timelines
- Assist with consolidations
- Prepare Luxembourg GAAP stand-alone and consolidated financial statements
- Liaise with Treasury team to help ensuring adequate and consistent funding
- Liaise with property managers and review numbers
- Support asset management team with ad hoc financial information
Profile:
- University degree in Accounting/Finance (Certified Accountant is a plus)
- +4 years of experience in similar role (ideally in a real estate environment)
- Good knowledge of Lux GAAP /French GAAP
- Fluent in French and English language
