Our client is a leading manufacturing group with a shared service hub in Poland; they are currently seeking a new SAP audit manager to be based in the audit hub. Internal audit serves as an independent monitoring function that reports to the chairman and supports the company in mitigating its main strategic, operational, compliance, and financial risks, as well as contributes to the continuous improvement of processes and controls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate audits with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution across all business areas and countries.
- Provide subject matter expertise in SAP ERP and supporting modules (GRC, HANA, Basis, Security, ECC, CPI, Solution Manager), including SAP security and compliance frameworks.
- Conduct ITGC assessments in SAP, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve findings, and recommend best practices for control execution.
- Leverage your IT controls and SAP expertise; you will be addressing complex compliance and technical risks within a global SAP landscape.
Profile:
- A relevant university degree (such as in IT, accounting, finance, or business economics) is a must.
- A minimum of 6+ years of work experience in a relevant role with a strong working knowledge of SAP and audit techniques. Ideally, you will have a CISA, CIA or similar qualification
- Knowledge of audit principles and standards, corporate governance, and/or business processes.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP and supporting modules such as GRC, HANA, CPI, Basis, Security, and ECC; solid exposure to business process improvements; and data constructs are also essential.
- Exposure to visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau) is a strong plus.
- The candidate should have an interest in the application of data analytics and automation to improve business performance and controls.
