Our client, a leading international business, is looking for a Serbian/Croatian Finance Business Partner in Berlin, Germany.
The successful individual in this role will be responsible for collaborating with the Expert Hub, the GTC and the business units across SEE region.
Finance Business Partner Job Responsibilities:
- You will act as a translator between function and Business for knowledge-based activities
- You consult, advise and integrate the business to solve complex tasks
- You act as a Translator of financial , Risk Manager, Change Manager and Cash Manager
- You will manage and support different improvement projects
- You are responsible for cash-flow planning management, hedging, financial engineering and dividend payment

You will assess the Cash Conversion Cycle and be responsible for Liquidity Management, Networking Capital Management & Steering
Profile:
- An academic degree with a focus on Finance/Controlling/Audit or another international Accountants certificate
- Over 5 years of experience in the field of Finance and Controlling
- Fluent in English, Serbian or Croatian (written and spoken)
- Experience in relevant IT systems (SAP, electronic archive, MS Office and other)
- Analytical and solution-oriented working style
