Our client, a commercial real estate company based in Amsterdam, seeks an interim finance consultant. This hands-on role involves working closely alongside members of the investment accounting team responsible for the jurisdictions in which our client operates.
Contract Type: Interim
Contract Length: 6 months
Pay Rate: €100 to €120 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage financing and refinancing projects across the investment accounting, tax, Treasury, legal, & compliance teams.
- Ensure accurate compliance of refinancing, tax, and other processes across jurisdictions.
- Process tax documentation for timely payments and refunds.
- Collaborate with Investment Accounting for accurate reporting.
- Oversee semi-annual internal recharge process for all Group entities.
- Liaise with Financial Planning Analysis and Group Controlling teams for reporting.
- Provide administrative support to Investment Accounting.
- Undertake ad-hoc Finance projects as needed.
Profile:
- Professional accounting qualification.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in accounting/tax.
- Group accounting experience preferred.
- Thorough understanding of tax mechanics.
- Strong knowledge of finance processes and financial analysis.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Dutch, UK, and/or Luxembourg tax laws is advantageous.
- Real estate experience is desirable.
